WHERE CAN I BUY WICCI PRODUCTS?

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A WICCI PRODUCT?
  • We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return or exchange, first click the profile icon in the store's navigation to log in to your account. Then, in the Email field, enter your email address, and click Continue. In your email inbox, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code. Click on the order for which you want to submit the return. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. Click 'Request return.' If your return request is accepted, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange or return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, we will ship your new item or automatically refund your purchase on your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a full refund of the product price paid.
  • WICCI is not responsible for any currency exchange fees charged by banks. Any duties and taxes paid separately at checkout are nonrefundable, except for orders shipping to Canada.
  • You can submit return requests only for orders that are fulfilled or partially fulfilled.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that cash, debit card, and travelers check purchases will be refunded via check in the mail.
  • Merchandise that has been altered, sale items, and markdown items are not returnable.

WHAT ACTIONS DOES WICCI TAKE IF COUNTERFEIT GOODS ARE SOLD OVER THE INTERNET?

We ask that you please provide us with the Seller contact information so we can verify if it is WICCI authorized or not, so that we can consider what actions to take against the acts of counterfeiting. You can provide us with this information by filling out the contact form on our website. If you have filed a complaint against the Seller, we remain at the disposal of the authorities to which this complaint has been filed for any information regarding the nature of the product in question.

WICCI recommends only purchasing WICCI wear from our list of authorized retailers or directly from the WICCI website to ensure there is no risk of encountering counterfeit products.


HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WICCI WEAR?

Hand or machine wash clothes in cold water and opt for a plant-based detergent free of fragrance, optical brighteners, chlorine, and phosphates. Tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry.

WICCI wear is designed in Italy by a skilled team of artisans. Italy has a long history of exceptional craftsmanship, precise tailoring, unique fabrics, and luxurious designs dating back to the 11th century. The manufacturing of these clothes is carried out by SC Fashion Co., a production team located in China's Zhejiang Province.
