At WICCI, we are committed to making a positive change. That's why approximately 86% of our WICCI wear is produced using TENCEL™ LUXE, a sustainable bio-based botanic and biodegradable lyocell filament. This innovative fabric is certified by The Vegan Society and designed to protect and preserve the environment. We have also created styles made from Linton Tweed, a fabric manufacturer renowned for creating some of the best woven tweed in the fashion industry since 1912.
In our quest for sustainability, we pay careful attention to every detail. Our buttons are made from 100% natural and eco-friendly Corozo, which is collected only after naturally falling from the palm tree. Moreover, our commitment to a toxic-free approach means that our garments contain no harmful dyes, chemicals, or textile coatings. Our fabric dyeing and finishing processes are also eco-friendly, ensuring that our garments are both beautiful and gentle on the environment.
The environmental impact of the fashion industry extends beyond chemicals. Overproduction of clothing contributes to the pollution crisis we face today. To address this issue, WICCI follows a pre-order system. By pre-ordering, you actively contribute to waste reduction and ethical practices while ensuring that production aligns with demand. Pre-orders are submitted to our production team at the end of each month, and it typically takes about three to four months for your WICCI wear to be created and delivered.
